Creative Mode - January 3rd 2021
I find that when I’m in “creative mode” (designing, making music etc.), clutter or lack of structure, always helps the juices flow. I gravitate towards keeping my surroundings in a state of flux. No “order” to keep my mind in lockstep. The mad scientist! Conversely, my bench MUST be immaculate and perfectly ordered. With my head buried in a circuit, muscle memory alone must guide my hand to the tool required. Understanding how my mind works in these different states (for better or worse) is the key to both my happiness and productivity.
